Highlights:

• Taking client from an old outdated point of sale system + no website. Implemented and trained on new POS Software and all hardware + built brand new online store all while the store was open for business
• Sourced all new POS hardware, receipt paper, shipping labels, and implemented all processes associated
• Process and procedure + implementation of re-SKUing and re-Barcoding an entire open-to-the-public brick and mortar store
• Enterprise email roll out + launch campaign and Welcome Email Nuture series setup. 
• Connected and implemented Instagram & Facebook shopping
• Implemented a new time clock and schedule management software that integrates with Shopify Point of Sale
• Implemented a new commission software for specific employees that integrates with Shopify Point of Sale
• Developed shot list + inspo for launch photoshoot (lifestyle and in-store pictures) with local photographer
• Custom Coding & Integrations:
• Auto-assignment of SKUs / Barcodes + Point of Sale system hardware & label requirements + training on workflow of lifecycle of product when it comes in the door to when it is bagged, tagged, and labeled on the floor.
